A LETTER FROM OUR FOUNDER
RACHEL RIDER, Diamond Eye Institute Founder
There is no silver bullet for healing. There is no one way to return to your truest self.
Diamond Eye is here to help you create your own powerful recipe of healing.
May Diamond Eye Institute grow to be known as a place of refuge, where you come to connect to the sacredness of this life and the beauty of your true self.
May this sacred place of refuge be where you unravel the oppression within in you, the old paradigms of the world that no longer serve. And that in doing so, as you heal yourself, you help heal this world.
ABOUT RACHEL
Rachel Rider is a spiritual guide and healer who supports individuals on a profound journey of self-reclamation, alignment, and healing. For over a decade, she has helped clients reconnect to the wisdom of their body, the clarity of their mind, and the truth of their spirit — empowering them to live in deep harmony with their soul’s purpose.
Her own path has been one of committed practice and transformation. A long-time meditator and Buddhist practitioner at Zen Mountain Monastery since 1997, Rachel has been a student with John Daido Loori Roshi and, upon Daido Roshi’s passing, Geoffrey Shugen Arnold Roshi. She became a certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP) in 2015 and earned her Executive Coaching certification from Columbia University the same year. She spent ten years as the founder and CEO of MettaWorks, a boutique executive coaching firm empowering leaders and organizations to stand in their true voice to lead and inspire others.
Rachel’s spiritual training spans many traditions. She is a holder of the Munay Ki Rites and has undergone deep shamanic training with Tami Hinden from 2021 to 2025. She continues to cultivate her relationship with Grandmother Ayahuasca and is grateful for her powerful teachings.
Rachel’s approach is deeply intuitive, weaving together energy healing, somatic practices, and spiritual coaching. She holds a compassionate, sacred space for clients to gently dissolve inner blocks, release old patterns, and heal emotional and spiritual wounds. Her work is not about “fixing” but about transmuting — guiding people back to the wholeness and inner power that has always been theirs, using their life experience as the path to their own liberation.
As a teacher, healer, and guide, Rachel walks beside those who are ready to connect to their true self, releasing what no longer serves, and live in full alignment with their deepest truth. Whether you are in the midst of a spiritual awakening, navigating a life transition, or longing for deeper clarity, Rachel’s presence invites you home — to yourself, your purpose, and your light.
In deep gratitude, Rachel offers thanks to her teachers along her journey of healing and spiritual growth:
Geoffrey Shugen Arnold Roshi, Dorothy Pietracatella, Tami Hinden, Adriene Ingalls, Caitlin McCoskey, Karen Gold-Sherman, and Susan Wilder, my spiritual guides from the three worlds, the elements and Mother Earth.
Through this work, you will…
Reconnect with your inner wisdom, making life’s decisions from a deeper knowing.
Shift from exhaustion and control to ease and flow.
Find joy and beauty as you walk your life’s path, whatever you may encounter along the way.
