Crystal Waters unfolds over three months, with gatherings every two weeks.

Throughout this journey, we will work with a different crystal every two weeks, allowing its unique medicine to open specific pathways within the body and consciousness.

This journey is about entering into relationship with the crystals — allowing their quiet intelligence to guide your own unfolding.What This Work Opens

This spacious rhythm allows you to build a meaningful relationship with each crystal and integrate the shifts that naturally arise along the way.

Each gathering includes:

• Teachings on the energetic and spiritual medicine of the featured crystal
• Guided meditations and journeys to awaken its codes within you
• Practices for connecting with and working with the water element
• Time for reflection, integration, and shared witnessing within the circle

Between sessions, you will continue working with the crystal of that cycle, allowing its energy to deepen your relationship with your own inner landscape.

Water and stone are two of the earth’s most powerful teachers in this remembering.

During the Journey You Will Receive

  • Five sacred crystals, carefully chosen for their energetic medicine: Opal, Pearl, Carnelian, Apetite, Lipidolite

  • Guided meditations and practices to accompany each crystal

  • Six live gatherings, 90 minute calls held every two weeks over three months

  • Teachings on crystal consciousness and the water element

  • Practices for working with the waters within your body and spirit

  • One private 50 minute one-on-one shamanic healing sessions with Rachel for personal guidance and integration

Each crystal becomes a companion for a two-week cycle, helping to open new pathways of awareness and transformation.
