How We Work Together

This journey unfolds over time, at a pace guided by the divine, myself and your nervous system..

Sessions are:

  • One-on-one, in person or online for 50-90 minute sessions.

  • Sessions involve somatic work, shamanic journey and stone medicine (crystals).

  • Oracle cards will be interwoven into our sessions as well.

Engagements can be 3 months, 6 months or 1 year.

Together, we work across all three dimensions of your being.

This work is about helping you hone your own inner knowing and your relationship to the divine.

When these three come into relationship, your power returns.

You walk with clarity and confidence, with an open heart, feeling connected to the world around you and moved by the beauty of your life.
